This is Anubis and Sheba in their new pen. It's actually an aviary. The elevated house has two holes at the top for them to fly in and out. There are little pegs for them to stand on beneath the holes, but you can't see them on this wide shot. You also can't see the little hatch there is at the bottom of the house, which opens up so you can remove the eggs. Presumably it was designed with chickens in mind. I can't think of another use for that gangplank (unless it's still legal to clip birds' wings).
