We watched the giraffes for quite a while, until it got a bit repetitive. Whilst there was plenty of straw for them to share, both of them only seemed to want whatever the other was eating. A bit like cats, really. When one opened their mouths to chew the straw in a bit further, they were just as likely to lose it all as the other one stuck its tongue in and did away with it. And then the first one took it back. And so on.
