NOTES:
This is an immediate sequel to "Alien 3", detailing what happened to the only character to survive the second sequel: the convict Morse. I started this on the morning of September 11th 2001 and finished it several months later, taking so long because it had to fit around my first term at UEA. These days it reads as very aggressive, nihilistic and hopeless, for which I can only blame my mood and growing disillusionment during that autumn semester.
The title comes from a line cut from the "Alien: Resurrection" screenplay, which suggests that Morse wrote a banned book called "The Dragon" detailing his experiences. Hence the final chapter, which is my favourite. When my laptop went missing, I feared I'd lost much of this story for good, seeing as I only had the first three chapters saved elsewhere. Not a mistake I will be making in future.
