TIMOTHY
Tim looked at his pound coin as his mum led him by the hand off the plane and through the airport. People gave him ten pence pieces or sometimes even a fifty pence piece, but never a whole pound. It wasn’t very shiny and new, but that didn’t matter to Tim.
“Can I buy a puppy?” he asked his mum.
She glared down at him and looked at the pound coin.
“You don’t deserve that at all,” she said.
Then she pulled it out of his hand.
NOTES:
This character's really only a conduit to get the coin away from Elizabeth. Though his mother does serve a purpose as both a comparison and a contrast with Elizabeth.
