A family of moorhens walked across the river bank path behind Christ's College, the fluffy newborn chicks chasing the brightly coloured adults. The wildlife of Cambridge was certainly more appealing than the antiquated buildings and all those beautiful but empty, unused green spaces reserved solely for students who didn't even appear to appreciate what their supposedly superior social status appropriates for them.
